No Stash Tab after Conqueror

I had 13 tabs when Season 20 started.
Have completed Conqueror

Rise of the Necromancer	=	+ 2 Stash Tabs

Total current	=	13 Stash Tabs

and it said I received a Stash Tab, but I can’t find it. Still have 13 Stash Tabs

Yeah… the game notice should not appear, but it does…
