Honestly I thought it was an extra drop because I didn’t notice an increase in PS drop rate while going up to GR90 last season.
Currently at 90 GRs this season and the highest I’ve done yet was GR24.

I did some GR in non season (around 30) since the S27 started and got 4 or 5 keys.

So, I just ran two GR 90s non-season and got a petrified scream on the second run. So it is not bugged. With a 5% drop rate it is possible that you have just been really unlucky.

Thank you for verifying. I guess I’m just very unlucky. I’ll keep at it. For those that suggested I do the season…I’ve done it. After a certain point I didn’t notice much of a difference so went back to non-season. You do you…
Update: After another 10 GRs, I started finding them. Then I found 3 in just 6 runs. Thank you again to those who went out of their way to verify. I was starting to lose hope.

It takes 3.2 x grs to reach paragon 250 from paragon 0 according to maxroll. And that is if u havnt done any normal rift etc which actually is required to get keys. I rly doubt that u done 90 grs.

Not only have I done normal rifts to get keys for the GR, I have also done 5 rounds of bounties for mats.

Just checking, but did you know that if you do a Nephalem Rift at specific Torment levels, you immediately unlock access to the equivalent GR level associated with it? As an example, if you did a T13 Nephalem Rift, that gives you immediate access to GR60. If you do a T16 Nephalem Rift, that gives you immediate access to GR75. There’s absolutely no requirement to start at GR1 and work your way all the way up to that 1-3 GR ranks at a time. It’s now entirely possible that the very first solo GR you do in a season will be a GR75 and you’ll unlock primals (which only need a GR70 solo) at the same time.
Quite sure they didn’t bother to put in the XP values of grifts below 70 as the vast vast majority of people wouldn’t actually farm those, especially for XP.
I know, it’s just the way I like to play.
Torment 1, do a round of bounties, do each GR until GR12, farm GR12 until my main legendary gems are level 13 and all others are level 3. Move to next torment level.
Just for the sake of this post i re-leveled a crusader in NS. And found one after a couple of GR runs. Guess i was lucky.
Small correction, most people that use sites like Maxroll will not, all those who do not though … 
Pretty sure it’s ALL players that use external sources of information. Grift 70 is not by any stretch a big hurdle to reach nowadays.
It is, if you get a key you get an extra piece of loot. I was merely questioning the number in relation the XP you acquired given that most people does not run low level grifts en masse. Hell I can probably count the grifts I did sub 90 this season on one hand and those where just to actually climb there from 75 or so you get by default from completing a t16 rift.
The point is your story seem untrue as there is no possibility that u did 90 grs while being only paragon 250
Of course it’s possible. Do a level 1 GR. See how much experience you get. Multiply it by 90 and you’ll see you won’t get anywhere near the experience needed to reach 250 paragon.
The problem in this thread, I’m assuming, is that OP and others are not doing enough speed runs to get a good sense of the drop rates. You’ve done 90 GR24s? Try doing hundreds of GR90s or GR120s, then see how that drop rate treats you. The faster, more frequent runs you do, the more chances you roll the RNG Slot Machine and get the sweet loot.
No, 90 GRs up to GR24. They weren’t all GR24.
Honestly, the reason why I actually started counting GRs and the number of PS that drop was because I thought the drop rates that were being reported on the forum were very low (between 2 and 5%).
In the end I got 19 PS in 328 GRs, which is close enough to 5%.

U also have to farm keys. U claimed u done bounties and farmed t1. U know those things gives exp aswell. And pretending that u been farming gr1 while u even stated u done gr24. Now u trying to tell me u been farming gr1 and didnt find any gears to increase your power in 90grs? I would recommend u to stop trolling
