There’s no Altar in non-season. It should be “playable across all modes” (as per Season 29 notes: “What the Futire Holds” Season 29 Visions of Enmity – Now Live - Diablo III)
I hope Altar will not become exclusive to the Season mode, it should become a carnival for players in all modes. The season mode is already powerful and interesting enough, with 4th slots or soul shards, etc.The Season mode already has its own theme, and altar should not be another theme of the Season mode.Looking forward to seeing Altar during the Non Season of PTR so that players can provide more accurate PTR test results.
