He has already created a bug report.
I thought the same thing, but it seems to happen a lot. I asked him to provide more information. But he claims that he has fixed the problem by a simple setting change.
I do not know why he created this thread. The technical support ist not able to help with bugs.
But maybe it is related to a bad internet connection.
