Dear support team,
I lost three legendary gems in Conquerer mode.
It happened when the battle started loading after everyone pressed the ready button and at the same time I was changing the character’s loadout. Those gems that were lying at that time in the stash were not inserted into the character’s gear, and after the battle gems disappeared from the stash and from the account.
My server is Old Growth

Character’s name is Lempart
And gems was Frozen Heart Rank 2, Maw the Deep Rank 1, Starfire shard Rank 1.
I would love to get it back
