Missing Achievement: Death, death, and more death

I’m missing achievement Death, death, and more death, which is to kill 750,000 monsters while in Nephalem Rifts.

I currently have the Some hordes achievement which is to kill 1,000,000 monsters.

Can this please be fixed for me?

My achievements are currently bugged like this too. Missing the 750k achievement but I earned the 1 million one. It bugged out years ago for me and has yet to get resolved.
