Achievement still not awarded after waiting YEARS for a fix

Missing Achievement: Death, death, and more death

I’m missing achievement Death, death, and more death, which is to kill 750,000 monsters while in Nephalem Rifts. I currently have the Some hordes achievement which is to kill 1,000,000 monsters. Can this please be fixed for me? Thanks

even this was a couple of years ago and not alone in this issue.
