…there is a chatbot on Bing, so there “could” be a forum-bot in the future… But because of AI, there most likely needs to be measurable numbers of threads in a topic to start a deeper crawl, a “riot” or too much unwanted “words” to generate a “hint” that some real person should look into it. But then, nobody questions an AI… 
Or maybe the forum-bot-AI “can” do something like a Thread Conflator for the weekly buisiness optimization meeting, e.g. “Best of(f) forum minutes”…
