Brazil here, also facing major latency issues today. Yesterday I played fine, but now it is unplayable. Reseted the router, ran some tests on the internet, it seems everything is running very smooth, except Diablo 3.

Brazil here too. Facing the same issue as Figura. Me and some other friends from different parts of Brazil are having same issue. Looks like is a Battle.net server problem… Did Blizzard say something about it?

First I tried South America, same crap. I changed to Australia, and it got a little better.

We’re aware of some issues with high latency and connection issues with Cablevision Argentina and Brazillian ISPs like Claro, Vivo, Net Virtua at the moment due to throttling and mitigation of the connection route. A VPN or trying another region will alleviate these issues in the mean time.
We are seeing an impactful reports of higher latency with South American and the SAE servers since earlier this morning after the update. We’re aware and looking into this issue! For those experiencing issues, could you include a WinMTR file until the problem occurs for 10 to 15 minutes? Copy and paste the text file created and paste it between two ~~~ like so:

Hello, I’m from Argentina, and after the last server maintenance we are having really high ping in our servers…1500-1700 ping, normally we have between 50-65
any fix soon please ?

I’m from Brazil and I’m facing the same High Latency issue as other users. Although, I’m also a Mac user, so WinMTR wont work for me. Any other way out to fix this problem? Thanks!

Hey, TomPelPer! Could you run a pathping test instead? It should show the packet loss. Let it run til it hits 30 hops

USA West Coast was having high latency issues of 3000ms and now there is a que line to enter the game. Once the clock hits 1sec, it says queuing then resets the timer or just gets stuck on queuing/creating game. Blizz servers are so jankie
