We’re aware of some issues with high latency and connection issues with Cablevision Argentina and Brazillian ISPs like Claro, Vivo, Net Virtua at the moment due to throttling and mitigation of the connection route. A VPN or trying another region will alleviate these issues in the mean time.
We are seeing an impactful reports of higher latency with South American and the SAE servers since earlier this morning after the update. We’re aware and looking into this issue! For those experiencing issues, could you include a WinMTR file until the problem occurs for 10 to 15 minutes? Copy and paste the text file created and paste it between two ~~~ like so:
