yes same here…tried all toons…unable to pub gr…except bounties

I’m getting this as well. Just started today. Americas region, T16, trying to get into GR. can’t get into public games, with same error 24004.

EDIT: i am able to get into regular rift and bounty OK, it’s only happening with GR. happens with all characters.

I to also am getting this error… Time to play a new game in the endless sea of games I guess.

As a follow up, I am also in the US, on US server and having 24004 message only when trying to join public GR games, not rifts or bounties.

Can you please help?

I am having the same issue, error 24004. Has there been a fix?
America region. Problem happens when I try to play T16 grifts

only on T16 GR public. Can still run private game.

This appears to be a very old bug, I am just trying to understand after 8 years why it takes this long for a fix you have already made in the past?

While attempting to join GRs in public tells me the error and I am not allowed to join GRs, please help me.
