Man, There is no reason to be against. It wont even affect their gameplay. If you don’t like to join on a friday night a pub game to farm with people, interact and have fun then just farm on your own but this mechanic wont even affect them in any ways. It will also make the game more fair against auto pickers for every players.

What you want is a game version of the mongols. Riding through europe, pillaging everyone who “is not fast and quick enough”.
Good luck when you fall of your horse at some point.

Awesome. Then there is no change in terms of fairness towards pLoot, cause it is also completely fair. I am glad you agree with having pLoot now.

you clearly did not read what i wrote my friend, from the moment it touches the ground its up to everyone, no one can click touch or lick the loot till it falls onto the ground, from there, well be fast be ready have fun if not solo farming works and you can be suuuuper slow

There is. Cus with ploot rng decide whos getting loot and competitivenes goes away. Ploot stays in single player as always was. Weak twisting. Very weak.

You clearly dont understand the topic, buddy.

But since it belongs to everyone, we can just split it fairly. I agree with you that pLoot is the far superior solution to this. Thanks for your constructive discussion.

RNG already decided the drops. So you are now saying that RNG is not what D2 is about? Do you want to change how drops are being calculated?! Do you want to change the base game?!
Get back to your other game! This is D2!!!

He probably programmed an auto picker ready to go when the game launch. Anybody against it have an auto picker because there is no way this mechanic impact their own experience of the game. If you like to farm alone then just farm alone but let other people have their own fun. D2R was made to expand and modernize the game graphically and mechanically.

well im far from the fastest man on the horse, and ive missed alot of good stuff, but hey that is my problem not theirs, i was slow they where fast. that is it. i mostly MF in private games because of this reason, and when i farm in public its in an other act than them, just as i described, if they do baal runs ill take a quick meph run and join them after its simple

So you are basically saying you are avoiding all situations where pLoot is relevant, so it has close to zero impact on you, still you argue against it, because you want others to suffer, because they are bad and be forced to play alone like you. Did i understand you correctly?

When i was asking for change the loot mechanics? I adapt to the game. You want to change it to your flavor. D2R: Classic gameplay—the same Diablo II you know and love, preserved.
1.14 with small QoL. Welcome to the reality.

No thank you. FFA looting is core to Diablo 2 as far as I’m concerned. I am not a fan of modernized loot and have always ALWAYS hated loot binding. I won’t play games like that (with the exception of the first Guild Wars).

You said RNG is not good. You set deciding loot by RNG is not what D2 is.
Why would you say that?! It is literally how loots are being decided. Loot tables, drop chances, mf. That is D2!
Dont change our game! Go back to your other game! Leave D2 to the players who kept it alive for the past years!

I believe the original aim was to modernise graphically…but not mechanically, as some people are saying. Some top QoL changes were chosen by consensus, but a change to the way loot drops was not one of them. Why? Because that is a fundamental change to mechanics, and not a QoL feature.

no when i wanna chill and mf i usually solo mf, weird enough. but if im in a game baal run or chaos runs i do prefer the quickest get the loot, i still find that, that is the most reasonable and fair form of loot

It makes the game unfair for people that lives near the servers, they have a better ping and more chance of receiving the drop. Private drop will just enhance the experience for everyone. And the best thing it wont even impact loners who like to farm alone.

Fair point. So since it is your personal preference, what is your thought about making it an option on game join?

It was stated to be a 70/30 remaster. 30% is a pretty big ratio, given that almost everything is exactly the same as in the original. They even kept the chat gem!

This game is designed to be hard and time consuming to get your dreamed items and that is how it must remain. If you dont have enough time to play to finish your goals in 2 months, then it will just take you 5 or 6 months, or whatever it takes to you.

I run my own bussiness and I dont have the same time i had to play as when i was 18y old, so it will just take me more time to get the items i would get back then, that is perfectly fine.

Making the game easier is bad for the game, no thx.

Private drop doesn’t even impact your gameplay, if you like to farm alone then farm alone but a lot of people like to socialize and have fun. Then people using auto pickers or living near the servers will always have a huge advantage making the game more unfair.

There is no rng on loot pick up.

Nope. I told rng deciding WHO gets loot is not D2 .You still twisting weak.

Yep dont. Ploot is staying in single players as always.
