Some want to play other builds, fun builds, but the outcome should still working.
But looking at this.
LoD is the hardest to gear, class doesnt matter, and still low dmg and dies to fast.
No, it does not need. Some LoD builds are S-tier already.
To improve underperming builds the supporting legendaries need the buff, not LoD.

Spray paint them brown. Buffed. 
It’s a bit funny coming from someone who is only playing one class (crusader) this season. And also haven’t played monk, barbarian, necromancer or witch doctor.
Game, set and match 
The issue is in the build balance between how strong set boni are and how strong the legendary effects are.
If LoD gets buffed, some weak legendaries might turn into great builds, but at the same time those that are already great will be horribly OP.
It’s probably easier to leave LoD alone and adjust single legendary effects

I have a WD just for that, I just know that they won’t make the 150, but sometimes it amuses me. Play “stupid” skills which amuses me.
Exactly. You don’t fix balance issues by buffing the one modifier common to all builds, you buff the modifiers unique to the underperforming builds.

As a wizard I would be extremely thankful for such items… there literally are ZERO wizard specific shoulders, hands, chests or pants. Or viable amulets that are not Squirts. Add something there that has good synergies and does not rely on a class set mechanic.
Can we have no hands gaming?

The problem with LoD is the paragon cap this season. It has nothing to do with needing a buff.

LOD Poison Dart does still need to be buffed and should be given a new shoulder: Your Big Bad Voodoo has doubled its duration now.
My note:I found out that someone actually has The Corruption(Shoulder) made by the blacksmith in the past, which can increase Gold and health pick up by 6 yards. But later on, Blizzard believed that the picking distance of this Shoulder was too long, so it was changed to 2 yards. However, previous players benefited from this, which is obviously unfair,Picking distance is important for the witch doctor, so I suggest Devs create a new and useful legendary shoulder for LoD Poison Dart.
Not all Chars work good with LoD.
They could easly add a bonus for Primal too.
Normal, Ancient and primal. So even bad primals are worth using.
And why should i play a char that is good with LoD but i dont want to play

Absolutely not. It solves nothing, just makes OP LoD builds even more powerful. This is an idea that needs to die aleady.
Some classes not having viable LoD builds is not the fault of LoD and is not fixed by buffing it.
LoD does not need any changes. It’s perfectly balanced as it is.

Well, you have your opinion, i have mine.
They will never fix the items so every char is really good, so it would be easier in my opinion to add a buff for primals.
You don’t fix balance issues by introducing more of them.
