LoD needs a Buff

i dont see a problem there.
Primals dont rain from the sky, mostly they are bad, but in this case you can keep them for bonus at least.

Top players and leaderboards are still Set Builds

You expect the extra buff to primals would somehow narrow the gap between top and underperforming builds. What you fail to understand is that it only widens the gap.

It fixes nothing, only makes things worse.

in my opinion it would bring more diversity into the “set game”…
Sett Builds will be still Nr.1 and you can have 2-3 that boost skills for example 20k and than with weapon, and offhand, and cube etc…understand what i mean ?
LoD is a joke comapred to that. Dmg Reduction is ok, but dmg lacks a lot

It really wouldn’t, your idea would catapult some builds into OP territory and people would flock to those rather than play the group of builds that went from subpar to OK.

People will always play the most op builds. Doesn’t matter if they are LoD or set or LoN.

Your statement is factually incorrect. That’s not an opinion, it’s a fact. Some LoD builds are ridiculously powerful, outperforming vast majority of the class set based builds.

For example WoL monk, it does an absurd amount of AOE damage and it is a LoD build. There is a reason why it’s rated as S-tier build.

According to Maxroll:

S-tier (season 30) : 10 builds. 4 of them are LoD builds

  • LoD Death Nova
  • LoD “Bazooka” Meteor
  • LoD Corpse Explosion
  • LoD WoL

These builds represent 40% of the S-tier.

S-tier ( non season) : 11 builds. 6 of them are LoD builds

  • LoD Meteor
  • LoD Death Nova
  • LoD Twister
  • LoD Corpse Explosion
  • LoD HotA
  • LoD WoL

These builds represent 54% of the S-tier.

And you want buff LoD builds?

Well ok, i understand.
For some chars its already powerfull enough…
Well, for crusader not. that can only be fixed by items, and i dont think the devs will waste more time into the game anymore

And you’re sadly right. This season, crusaders have a LoD build in B-tier and the second in C-tier.

Do you want to laugh?
Witch doctors have 2 LoD builds too. B and C tiers

If you don’t expect them to fix the correct items, why would you expect them to fiddle with the wrong ones?

They have already confirmed major balancing is coming in S30 along with the return of the Altar. That means many builds should get buffs, including underperforming crusader builds.

I also think we have to wait for the future patch, to see how they will manage all that.

Where did they confirm this?

In the S29 blog.

Wow… Read a patch notes? Really? Don’t be so rude

Not necessarily “major” but anyhow…
“Season 30 will bring fresh gameplay balances and bug fixes to reinvigorate your adventures”

can you link , or is it in the front hp ?

There is nothing about major balancing in S30 patch in S29 blog.

I think it was in a video, but let’s be realistic, proper balancing should have started years ago. A Jade witch doctor of the same level as a Meteror wizard, who believes in it except me?

This is a re-confirming balancing on a previous commented post many of us read. Personally I doubt big changes incoming anticipating balancing will be around altar powers rather than relief chronic disappointments on certain builds & its performances.

Nothing about any big balance patch is confirmed? Just that guy trolling earlier?
