Legendary Gems can now be socketed into anything with a socket. Including Helms, Chests, Pants, and Weapons.
This is assumed to be unintended.
Update: It appears to just be the ‘new’ rank 25 gems that come from the PTR Bag, and that “found” legendary gems are not socketable in equipment they should not be.
