Noticed top monks using legendary gems in Innas set chest and pants. Also, after inspecting the character the game hung and I had to Alt-F4. Nothing else would respond.
That’s a bug, and it’s been reported…

The problem will fix itself. It seems its only the gems we get in the bag and obviously we wont have those on live

Its an amazing bug, to be given the chance to see what it’s like, also you can put the leg gems in weapons too.
