A pain clasp of a Legendary jem in my possession dropped from rank 10 to rank 9 due to a class change.
I request that the problem be investigated and that the item be restored.
P.S.
Rebooting did not cure it, but moving the region cured it.

i was like dude your pain enhancer only dropped from 10 to 9 just do another speed 35 gr, but then it was pointed out that it was diablo immoral so i sympathize, rank 10 to 9 is like $2000.
possibly probably not a bug, likely currency exchange if switching regions fixed the rank.
