There were some EU related website issues last night, but this should have been resolved since then. If there’s still problems or maybe a glitch that occurred, please report this over to #bug-report forums.
Technical support only assists with technical issues that can be resolved through troubleshooting. As this is not a technical issue, this thread has been closed.
