Leader Boards and Botting?

strange question. why have there been hardly any updates for 7-8 years? even a student creates a set for existing skills on one working day. 3d models here are also ugly and have hardly any polygons. even players bring out good models for other games. because that’s very easy. the fact is that d3 has been abandoned forever.
and for a usable anti-cheat code, a coder must have a high level of intellect and creative approach. such specialists are expensive.

It was a rhetorical question …
People here constantly ask for banwaves and anti-cheat programs in a game where the company obviously doesn’t care, as this will cost time, resources and money. However, maybe they should go the other way … Ex: creator of THUD said that it would only take 1 email from Blizz for him to end his activities. The same can happen, with a little more work, with the website that promotes these bots. Therefore, I think the focus here should be different, as it is clear that there will be no effective measures for constant and efficient banwaves.

I’ve often mentioned this. I don’t understand why Blizzard wouldn’t just send him a lawyer’s letter and call his bluff. Either he does what he says, and stops development of it, or he doesn’t and he can no longer claim that Blizzard don’t care that he’s doing it.

Man, it’s like I said, Blizz doesn’t care (or thinks it will be a bad move). She WINS indirectly with bots and THUD.

Did you know that the overwhelming majority of players are using HUD and bots? If it triggers a 100% efficient Banware, this game will have only 1% of the current players . That, in the short term, will not be good for the game, and in the long term, it will not be good for D4 marketing.
This problem with bots was being ignored in the same way as Powercreep, so it got out of control and finally could not be solved.

Its probably a combination of both. Account sharing and botting. I dont want to get into the math to deep. I can just say this. If you factor in the increased exp required to advance your paragon, and a player is paragon 5700 for season 20. Its pretty much a conclusion that the toon is literally running 22 hours a day for the whole season!! This should be considered a game exploit as increased paragon gives additional main stat increase! I might get some blow back on this but the paragon should be capped period. Just sayin

That’s what I’m doing wrong. I’m telling my kid to blame you for the extra work.

I hear you there mate, there was a bloke in Asia who collapsed after four days of drinking Red Bull.

My point was that quite a few of the guys have 60 out of 70 days playing. 20K Rifts.

So playing games for fun is now a job good to know
when am I going to get my back pay for playing Diablo for as long as I have
But seriously if you give a child a choice between playing games all day and getting a job which do you think he will choose

Lol like the forum is a full time job to some people around here…or rather a lifestyle.

Maybe they could back pay back to D1. yeah it came out in Nov 1996 but I didn’t start till Feb 1997, then Hellfire later that year.

I think I had a 286 PC too and a 56 k modem. You hit the teleport and could almost go make a coffee before you got to town.

most of the features should have been implemented long ago. (or stolen or cheaply copied. They have been doing this since 2005 in wow and stealing ideas from players addons).
but bots don’t belong here. it is mindless and pointless to run a bot. what does it bring you? this is not a pvp game. and this is something that belongs in offline mode. online there is leaderboard and other stuff.
but it is true that d3 is rarely played. even d2 outperforms with online players. I wouldn’t be surprised if there were at least 10 times as many players online. STILL.

Proof?
Blizzard doesn’t give out D3 numbers so it is impossible for you to know

You’re trying too hard…

nothing is impossible. and if you don’t want to search, it’s your problem.
and why officially no statistics are published, you probably don’t want to know either.

There’s nothing to search because official numbers aren’t given
And you not showing the proof just proves you don’t have any, so it’s your problem
you’re the one making unsubstantial claims

Being forced to do something for 84 hours a week sounds like a job, yes.

Remember, it’s only valid for a parent/guardian and a minor child/ward to share an account. We’re not talking about kids old enough to have a job here.

you show no evidence and act like a little child. that is not mean bad. but fact. What else can we discuss? you want to throw feces on it. I have long been out of this age.

And a minor is up to what age?
I thought it was up to 18 yo in my country and can leave school at 15 and get work

Yep, and until they’re 18 they have a maximum number of hours a week they’re legally allowed to work. And that’s a lot less than 84 hours.

So which is it
You just finished telling me they aren’t old enough to have a job

and now they can work

You just said they aren’t allowed to work
and a kid doesn’t consider playing a job
does that mean anyone under 18 isn’t allowed to play for more than whatever the maximum time they are allowed to work and anything more isn’t allowed
