Yea while D4 may have pants unlike PoE it will lack a belt to hold said pants up.
Should D4 end up like D3 we will know the true cause.
Its replay value, this being s19 coming up, and no D4 shortly, they need to spice things up and nerfing barbs is not appreciated.
Just like when they years ago made Mortick’s tick players off! 
The entire Barb community basically suggested when they hinted at nerfing with Lamentation to the dev’s that if they have to cut Lamentation, do it in increments starting at no more than 50% to start with.
The hypocrisy is ‘we listen to you’. NO, you do not.
On paper it is only 5-8 GR’s less, but a PTR where people are using normal non-season characters ranging upwards of 5K paragons is not indicative of a season and never has been. It’s not rocket science and programming is rocket science to a degree. Maybe that’s the problem.

Ill just play WD and sader. Found out building my LoD DoD, it’s fun and I just wizzed through 107 with like 4-5 augments average level 90 gems and just built him a couple weeks ago…my WW barb with 2 primal BK’s can’t go past 102 haha.
