I kill enemies, they even drop something, but they don´t die. They attack me, I cannot touch/attack them. Very annoying, cannot lvl gems at Urshi, because always get attacked ! please repair immediately

This has been happening for years. One workaround is to lead the mobs to the entrance of the next level of the GR and TP home, then walk to Urshi from the beginning of the rift.
