interesting
so you were recently not playing D4 because you got bored of it and went back to D3. Crazy how you got bored of playing a game you don’t own.
C’mon man, how many copies did you buy, 5, 10, 15?

Ouch, did you not read The Terminal Man by Michael Crichton?
I didn’t buy Diablo IV.
Busted again and again and again. The forum strikes again.
Well, well, well
One big problem with lying is that the liar has to remember both the lie and the truth. Since liars have the burden of convincing others of their lies to be the truth, they must themselves believe their lies to be truths, which during recall can easily confuse our primitive brains, which often leads to mixups of truths and false truths and eventually getting caught.
MENSA certified or not, it’s easier just to tell the truth.
“What mental illness causes pathological lying? Pathological liar signs can be symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder, antisocial personality disorder, borderline personality disorder, narcissistic personality disorder, and Munchausen syndrome by proxy.” - © 2022 NEWPORT INSTITUTE
Your reply makes no sense. I think you are confusing me with someone else that you are having an argument with.
I’m calling the decision to put someone from marketing into a leadership role stupid.
Marketing only knows how to sell. Not how to create.
I don’t own D4 and if I knew D3 was game-as-a-service I would not have bought it as well.
I’m the people that think Baldur’s Gate 3 is what all games should be. If “people like me are the reason for everthing going bad” then you are part of the crowd that condemned BG3 as ruining the industry by making players have “too high expectations” and “it will make games too expensive to make”. And if you are against games like BG3 then I see no point in talking to you. YOU are the reason we can’t have good things.
i’m 99% sure i did not say i purchased or played d4 so i dont understand your point or the quote. i mean i literally said i didnt
i was recently not playing d4

Sorry for the confusion. No argument directed at you.
I quoted 2 different people separately and my responses were separate. That statement you are referring too was for the other person I quoted.
The only thing I quoted from you was about selling things through superior marketing. I was just tacking on another good way to sell things is through a superior product.
i’m 99% sure i did not say i purchased or played d4 so i dont understand your point or the quote.
Well, you said " I was not recently playing D4" which infers that some time ago you were, which infers you own at least 1 copy.
You then went on to say the reason you aren’t “recently” playing D4 S1 is because you got so bored after like 2 hours. I am pretty sure I have never gotten bored of a game I have never played.
Recently not playing something and never playing something are two very different things. Maybe you are just terrible at constructing sentences and getting your point across, but the way I read the quote is:
You quit playing D4 S1 because you got bored and later went back to D3. You aren’t playing D4 S1 unless you own a copy or are mooching off someone else’s computer and game.
Well, you said " I was not recently playing D4" which infers that some time ago you were, which infers you own at least 1 copy.
no it doesnt unless that’s what you personally want it to infer. factually it does not say i have played or purchased d4. just the facts, mam.
you could always ask mscheetah to ask her insider to verify my d4 playtime.
big 0. egg. donut. innertube. the ol’ tamale. zilche.
do you hate being wrong as much as avalon hates being wrong? i always win.
factually it does not say i have played or purchased d4. just the facts, mam.
Nobody even remotely possessing a rationally or logically sound mind would EVER write THIS:
i just got back to D3 after hearing the announcement of s29, i was recently not playing d4 s1 because i got so bored after like 2 hours,
And seriously, unironically intend for that to imply “I was just thinking how bored I WOULD be if I WERE to play for 2 hours.”
That’s literally not how intelligent conversations work.
consciously intending to mislead you, knowing the constant ill will by several people to defame my character, does not constitute mens rea, especially if you lack any actus reus of/or any crime committed.
and further more, the court of law must also abide by rule 404. so if you dont have any actual substantial evidence, i’d like to allow the rest of this thread to be allotted for apologies to myself for the preposterous claims that i have purchased or played D4:bad.
you’d make a horrible lawyer and a failed detective.
consciously intending to mislead you
Right here is a good reason why you’re having trouble interacting with others. The intention of deceit will often come back to bite you in the rear.
the court of law
… I wasn’t aware the D3 forum was a court? You really should stop retreating to your minds fantasy land in an attempt to try and weasel your way out of the jams you put yourself in. I know you like to flex your supposed MENSA brain, but to anyone with common sense, your ruse is as clear as the water that runs under your bridge.
preposterous claims that i have purchased or played D4:bad.
“Oh what a tangled web we weave/When first we practice to deceive.”
i got so bored after like 2 hours
He played the free beta…
Although played is probably the wrong word.
“i literally have prepared my life for Diablo 4. I am moving to a new home this summer solely and specifically for Diablo 4 purposes. I have pre-purchased 4 computers solely for Diablo 4 release.” - Bravata
He played the free beta…
There was no free beta for S1. S1 is where he got bored after 2 hours and quit playing.
Right here is a good reason why you’re having trouble interacting with others.
those few i intended to mislead are not good people and like batman misleading evil criminals i will feel no remorse.
and like batman, my plan worked to perfection. as i knew it would the moment i laid the trap.

when you choose to have good morals, everything is a court and justice must be maintained. what kind of world do you think you’d be living in if not?

and then they released gameplay footage and system mechanics.
c’est la vie (like that one, Strix?)
consciously intending to mislead you
This is not the flex you think it is. You are, in your own words, posting SPECIFICALLY to “consciously mislead” people. Best case, that’s lying, which is NOT morally sound. I’m more inclined to think you’re trolling, which is reportable and in violation of the forums code of conduct.
