One big problem with lying is that the liar has to remember both the lie and the truth. Since liars have the burden of convincing others of their lies to be the truth, they must themselves believe their lies to be truths, which during recall can easily confuse our primitive brains, which often leads to mixups of truths and false truths and eventually getting caught.
MENSA certified or not, it’s easier just to tell the truth.

Your reply makes no sense. I think you are confusing me with someone else that you are having an argument with.
I’m calling the decision to put someone from marketing into a leadership role stupid.
Marketing only knows how to sell. Not how to create.
I don’t own D4 and if I knew D3 was game-as-a-service I would not have bought it as well.
I’m the people that think Baldur’s Gate 3 is what all games should be. If “people like me are the reason for everthing going bad” then you are part of the crowd that condemned BG3 as ruining the industry by making players have “too high expectations” and “it will make games too expensive to make”. And if you are against games like BG3 then I see no point in talking to you. YOU are the reason we can’t have good things.

I quoted 2 different people separately and my responses were separate. That statement you are referring too was for the other person I quoted.
The only thing I quoted from you was about selling things through superior marketing. I was just tacking on another good way to sell things is through a superior product.
Well, you said " I was not recently playing D4" which infers that some time ago you were, which infers you own at least 1 copy.
You then went on to say the reason you aren’t “recently” playing D4 S1 is because you got so bored after like 2 hours. I am pretty sure I have never gotten bored of a game I have never played.
Recently not playing something and never playing something are two very different things. Maybe you are just terrible at constructing sentences and getting your point across, but the way I read the quote is:
You quit playing D4 S1 because you got bored and later went back to D3. You aren’t playing D4 S1 unless you own a copy or are mooching off someone else’s computer and game.

consciously intending to mislead you, knowing the constant ill will by several people to defame my character, does not constitute mens rea, especially if you lack any actus reus of/or any crime committed.
and further more, the court of law must also abide by rule 404. so if you dont have any actual substantial evidence, i’d like to allow the rest of this thread to be allotted for apologies to myself for the preposterous claims that i have purchased or played D4:bad.

There was no free beta for S1. S1 is where he got bored after 2 hours and quit playing.
