D4 is in meltdown, but it looks like they’ve got D3 heading the same direction with this S29 content.

D4 ptr is alive and well it seems like. They just disabled trading on their ptr realms. 
Anyone know what time the PTR is for D3? Excited!

There is no set time for the PTR start. I’d expect it to start in about 8-10h from now.

The PTR server is based in a location using Pacific Time.
Blizzard generally make the PTR server available mid-to-late afternoon.
At the time of this post, it’s approximately 05:45 PT which means they’re still fast asleep.

PTR in D4?
It’s in a full priced Alpha Testing stage.
Paid Early Access game.
My guess would be 10 or 11am PST(1pm-2pm EST). There’s also the possibility they’d release the PTR at the same time that they do seasons which is at 5pm PST (8pm EST).
who knows really…
And so it begins, when does it start, when does it end.
It never starts and never ends. Just like my happiness.

Typically when the PTR client patches, it takes 30min to 1h after that for the PTR to open. Just check every 15-30min if there’s a patch available for the PTR client.
Other than that, have patience. It’ll open soon enough.
