I doubt it has to do with it just being “Intel”. More likely the cards don’t fully support some graphics features the game uses. They may change this over time, but for release that is where they are. I honestly hope they expand the hardware limits a bit to include lower performing systems and cards.
Excellent! That is exactly what should happen. If the game won’t work on your system you should certainly get your money back. That is one of the reasons Beta is so important. Knowing it own’t run on your system is critical.
You are an idiot. They don’t support Intel at all, dedicated or integrated. Compare the Xe and Xe Max to the minimum required cards and come back to me and tell me which is more powerful. Here is more “snarkiness” for you thanks to your other rude post.
They confirmed that Intel is not supported at all and it does have to do with the fact that they are Intel. I have an Intel Xe Max dGPU.
Also please compare Xe iGPU and Xe Max dGPU to minimum amd and nvidia cards listed and tell me which is more powerful
What is the status of fixing this so everyone can play? I have an all-in-one machine, brand new I might add, that cannot play it because of the graphic card. I do not have the ability to even change the card, so what is being done so that everyone has an opportunity to play the game? We had to get refunds because of this, and were deeply upset by that mess. I know there are a lot of folks just like me who cannot play either, by the number of issues reported. Are you going to continue to exclude us, or is something being done to fix and include us in the availability to play?
