You reached out to Blizzard for support, they indicated that the silences were intended, and that you have broken terms outlined in the EULA.
Yet you still think there is an issue?

I am not trolling, you posted information clearly stating that you were in violation that supported what happened.

Indeed, the fact you can’t create a game while your account is silenced is a bug, but the EULA does allow for account suspensions as well, so technically it is within the game guidelines.
They used to just suspend instead of silence and it appears the bug has reverted the penalty to that.
They will fix it at some point.
Also keep in mind, that the forums also have a Code of Conduct and you can get suspended from here too.
That is quite impressive. The silence penalty doubles each time you get an action applied by the mods. To get a year Silence (either 256 or 512 days), you are on your 9th or 10th penalty.
This article explains it and warns that suspensions can also be applied.

What in the world are you talking about? I had no issues with any Clan bugs. I also said that the inability to play while Silenced IS a bug.

Yes, I read it. Yes, it is a bug that you can’t play while Silenced. The reply you got from Support was also accurate. Even though they did not intend to suspend you while Silenced, it is within the scope of the rules.
So, are these the same account given the double post with really odd info and lack of reading comprehension?
They will fix it when they fix it. Welcome to Vanilla D3 where chat issues resulted in a Suspension and you could not play. Consider it a throw back!
P.S. Posting bugs on General won’t get you the attention you want. The QA team who handles them does not read this forum page. Stick with the thread in TS.
It’s blizzards fault you got muted which fell into a bug? Yes, blizzard did mute you…from something that was no ones fault but yourself. If you had not got muted, then you wouldn’t have ran into this predicament.
I don’t see her going at any personal level, she is explaining the rules. The way this is going, your post may end up getting muted…seems to be a trend going on.
Where do you get the 200 number? There are not even close to that many posts in the TS thread, and most of those are the same people posting over and over.
Well, they can if they want to. You might want to read the EULA, the Support response, and the Silence article I linked. Oh, and the forum Code of Conduct. Sure, this is a bug right now, but they CAN suspend if they choose.

I am afraid bugs are not personal nor are rules. I have no mod powers. You might want to rethink this, as well as your in-game behavior.

Not sure what you are going for here. This won’t get you un-muted and the bug won’t get fixed until Blizz fixes it.
The Moral of this story is: Don’t get yourself muted.
a fact that is not being mentioned here is that an email is sent to your email associated with your blizzard account stating that “you have been silenced until X date”. IT DOES NOT STATE THAT YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED FROM PLAY. this is the issue here. This supervisor referencing the EULA is missing the point. If the account is to be suspended from play, then that’s what the email should state. We can’t even play a private solo match!!!
wait till a clan of people reports you, and you get muted…I was muted once for calling a player who pops open nephelemss in gr rooms, then bails to waste peoples time, time after time after time after time(you get the point) a troll…I have the emails to prove it…your gonna really enjoy your high horse then…
moral of the story is don’t buy blizzard product again, as their report system is seemingly as much garbage as their admins responses…
oh yeah they will fix it probably when d4 comes out…which I recommend you don’t buy…personally I am gonna use a cracked version and then just bot and use scripts like everyone else…hell I may not even play games, just let the computer do the work and laugh at blizzards incompetence
Blizzard can see every message you send, and will treat situations accordingly.
I’ve never had an issue and have full faith that my ability to be a decent human being will prevent any such disciplinary action as I’ll never generate a cause.
