If Personal Loot is to be done

whenever i see a “personal loot” thread i think.
Of the Kids crying they weren’t able to grab loot from monsters they never even damaged… like seriously… grow up… if you killed the monster you WILL get the loot over 80% of the time… because your closest to it AND looking directly at that spot.
(Amazons may go down to around 60% on bad days, but thats still better than the alternative which is 100/8 =12.5%)

all adding “personal loot” would do is allow people to sit back and not contribute to the party and just “leech” loot off people.

the people who LOSE the most with “personal loot” added are the people killing the stuff, doing the work… because they are in the best position to grab the loot that drops under their feet. these people lose more loot than they gain

the people who GAIN the most are the people not doing any work who then get guaranteed loot for doing absolutely nothing. these people get loot for doing nothing.

you talk about “whats fair”

“personal loot” is NOT fair… personal loot is taking loot from players who DID the work and giving to to players who DIDN’T.

i could understand an arguments for personal loot if u were only able to grab like 30% of the loot from the stuff you did the work on… but that’s just not that case at all.

and obviously boss drops are completely random… as that’s the only area where people are grouped so close together than everyone has an equal chance. personal loot wouldn’t be “bad” there but that’s only like less than 1% of the game… and breaking the other 99% to fix 1% isn’t remotely productive.
