Was more thinking of when you turn the battlepass “quests” in, you get more rewards (materials and such) with payed battlepass, figured maybe the xp from the turn in would be better aswell, but dunno 
In STFC, XP is gained only by running the quests
You earn BP Points by finishung the quests.
You earn BP gifts based on BP points you earn
You earn extra BP gifts (at the same level) if you bought the premium Battle Pass (for that month)

Im pretty certain it will be based on rariry. How will Blizzard know which rares people will think are best? Would they retroactively go back and make certain one untradable? Unless rare and above are not eligible, blues are one time and the rest all you want.
