I cant wisp to others on D3

Hi.
I cannot wisp anyone in game or on battlenet application.
Any idea, tip or advice?

There is not a lot to go on there…

What happens when you try?
Error message?
They don’t get your message?
Nothing happens when you hit enter?
Did they block you?
Happens with everyone you message, or just some people?
What exactly is happening or not happening?

Try to describe it in steps so that someone can try to reproduce it, because you are the first person to report it.

I write on them, i hit enter, i see my wisp but no one else can see it.

  1. No one blocked me. 2) Some people see my wisp and some don’t. 3) Even some friends cannot see my wisp we have tested many times. Some friends can see my wisp.
    In game they just cannot see my wisp.
    And on Battle.net application i get this msg
    ! There was an error delivering your message to Daisuke. (7004)

You might try logging out of the App, and then logging into another server, then logging back off, and then back into the correct server, and see it that helps.

If that doesn’t work, you should probably report it in the BattleNet Bug Report forum… as suggested by Blizzard.
