Wizard Nerf Claim (Not sure if 100% True)

Just saw this here, not sure if 100% true. If true, karma for the nerf calling wizards. In the meanwhile, I will keep calling for more nerfs to Demon hunters and Wizards (in light of the analyses of class balances of course. Not fake information).
