Is there any issue from servers?

I also have an ASUS ROG laptop and in one post I saw that some software was producing the lag.

I also tried the typical restarting router but on other games my ping is stable at arround 40-45ms so is a Diablo problem only.

Thanks

Hey dragonkai,

The MTR test actually shows you getting average 45ms so I think we need to look for QOS (quality of service) software which can prioritize or de-prioritize different application’s connection allowances.

These laptops typically come with the ROG GameFirst software. Some versions of that software have a QOS feature. Could you check for this software and temporarily uninstall it to see if it changes the in-game behavior?

Let us know how it goes.
