BUG REPORT

Was running a GR 75 with 3 other friends.
Was on the 3rd level and a mob died and left a poison cloud that killed me.
I did not get the normal death screen or any pop up.
I was a grave stone and could not move, revive, be revived, or anything.
Once boss was killed, I was able to TP to players and then became my character but I was locked to the location I TPed to.
I could not collect any in-game loot.
I had to be kicked from the game and party in order to be able to do anything or for them to proceed with closing the GR.
Hope this can be fixed so it doesnt happen to anyone else
