Also worth noting again, that Micro was happy for Wiz to be at GR141, as long as Barbs were at 138.

I would like to clarify what I actually wrote. It seems to be different than what you are “noting again”.

Let’s assume these nerfs take these two classes to 141 (or even a hair lower). You bring up barb and monk to at least 138 but not past 141. All classes are within 3 GR.
