Having a dedicated charm inventory improves QoL. It is similar to resetting vendor/gambling and auto-gold pickup.

Auto-gold pickup makes the game easier. You have to click less, get more gold, which translates to more gambling which translates to more gear, which translates to better gear.

In PvP, the playing field is still level. It is not easier.

we dont agree, you say A i say A and B-

Game doesn’t pause when you switch gear. So, if doing in in the middle of combat, you are risking death. If waiting until our of combat, then no difference in throwing up a tp to go back to town.

i miss the old day. when burizza zon was good even eagelhorn was used. now you just sell em to vendor or dont pick em up :frowning:

all people has 1$. now we give all 2$. so people dont get richer because all have the same?

Let me explain this differently. You feel that adding a charm inventory makes PvP easier even though I already said that a dedicated charm inventory was 4x8 max (For PvP, many players use more than 4x8 space for charms (no ID book or horadric cube needed). So already the player has less power due to charms. Even if they didn’t, the players are similar in power to the current situation.

in golf, imagine a course is 7,000 yards. If the course is made 7,300 or 6,700, in a PvP match it makes no difference because everyone still is competing using the same course and rules.

its not jut pvp like i said many times.

and agian we dont agree on this…

It is fine that we do not agree. I just hope you understand why I consider your PvP argument to lack merit in my mind. I am harping on this because it is easier for me to explain what I perceive as an error in your logic.

If you accept that you are incorrect on PvP, I will next explain why I feel you are also potentially mistaken for PvM.

If wrong, on both PvP and PvM, it would be hard to make a compelling case in my mind.

do you remember

how he call the burizza back in the old day ?

i guess you are not a other one talking about the old day but dont have the answer of the old day , other veteran of 2021

i dont understand , just like you dont understand. we can agree on we dont understand.

I understand perfectly well. I also think I understand why you think what you do. It is a simple point that Blizzard themselves have discussed there is a difference in making the game easier to play and making the game easier. This point was made to you by another.

so what they if they discussed it? if they ditten discussed the same we doo. how doo you know what ther oppinion is?

we se it difference i say it make the game easier. you say it make the game easier to play.
so imo the post doesnt make sence.

You need to read Blizzard’s last couple of major interviews. They clearly make this distinction. I am going by what Blizzard has said.

i have. just like you go with blizzard said they wont add charm inventory right?

First, Blizzard never said explicitly that a charm inventory was a no-go. Secondly,a dedicated charm inventory was in both D2R Blizzard surveys.

Please provide a quote to prove otherwise. I asked the same thing many posts ago and no one has provided a confirmatory quote since presumably none exist.

Do you think Blizzard should get rid of auto-gold pickup?

anyway the poll result show a lot of player 3/4 ask change for patch 1.14

my self i`m a old d2 player from day 1 playing all patch , and 1,14 need balance update and some change

“The line is simple in that we don’t want to make the game easier,” Rob Gallerani says. “We want to remain faithful, so there’s a difference between making the game easier and making the game easier to play. With some feedback and requests coming in it’s easy for us to not do a thing because that will make the game easier. When people say, ‘We don’t want to worry about arrows anymore, give us infinite arrows’, or more broadly, ‘I want a giant inventory’. Stuff like that removes important choices; do I pick this item up or do I leave it behind? Do I go back to town now? Making the inventory bigger means more charms in your bag and that starts to change what the game is.”

but ill bet you dont se it. you wil say somthing like. then ditten meen that and so on.

If you are referring to the reddit poll, 94% of respondents wanted at least one change.

That refers to people wanting bigger inventories. Not charm inventory, they are separate things. I agree with the statement he said, though I support charm inventory.
