In Natalya’s set, when setting traps and after pressing the fan of blades skill, every other time, any target is killed with one hit, without damage, even the boss at level 150 of the great portal. What the bug is, I can’t say for sure “most likely because of the fan of blades”
There’s a known exploit. It’s already been reported. We shouldn’t be discussing it further here.
EDIT: I would recommend ceasing any further testing of this “bug”.
