FFA is CORE to D2

How does reducing the amount of ffa games available not affect anyone? Now I have to check ever game to see the loot type AND have less games to choose from.

First of all you will have to prove that is what will occur. The people that want ploot games, if the option isn’t introduced, will just as likely quit the game completely which will reduce the FFA games as well.

Your speculation also makes no sense in other ways. Currently the best way to magic find is private games. In fact, that is suggested by most people that are anti ploot. They are suggesting that if you don’t like the current state then make a private game and do some item hunting by yourself. So, according to your faction, these games don’t exist anyway. People aren’t using public free-for-all mode to item hunt, so an introduction of ploot mode won’t reduce FFA public games. Ploot would potentially only lessen the amount of private solo games, and create more public games.

As it stands now, item hunting is not viable in public games. So obviously this won’t change anything for current public games; Which are only meant for experience, bots, and script pickitors.

You are a troll or extremely incapable of actually reading and understanding what the majority of people have responded to you.

Countless times it has been mentioned and explained that drop rates wouldn’t change.
You ignore that and rant on about getting x8 the loot ext

You have been explained that:
“Play private for ploot, Bahaha”
Is a ridiculous anti social answer that completely ignores the entire purpose for wanting a game creation/join option on toggle for ploot

You would not need to check the loot type. It would be presumably auto-filtered based on your settings.

Ploot is inevitable after launch.
People better get used to it now.

Lol what shrooms are u taking ?

It will be implemented. That’s pretty easy to extrapolate from Ferguson’s tweets. They will institute it as an optional feature. He more or less already admitted that.

It’s funny how one person can extrapolate something that directly contradicts what was literally said.

Didnt take a second to come up with a perfect reply to verify your claim. So true.

If they put in ploot I would love to see your face after all the crap you’ve talked on this forum lol

You won’t see me, because once they alter the gameplay from “classic” to allow for non-classic gameplay, I’ll be refunding post release.

Since you need to own the game to be on this forum, I’ll be enjoying other games and confining Blizzard to the dustbin of history. Goes without saying I won’t be playing D4 either.

 :ok_hand:

So we don’t get the pleasure of seeing you eat your words lol typical

I’m not interested in D4 either by the way…

I don’t know why people say this either.

Ploot would be implemented in a way it wouldn’t really effect the purist ffa people anyways…

So really, if it was implemented he might be like “no!” For a second then realize it doesn’t effect him and carry on in his ffa games…
Since according to ffa people were a minority he wouldn’t even notice a drop in his public games…right :joy:

Blizzard does not allow refunds after a short period of time after launch and/or playing. You should read the EULA. Blizzard is allowed to change the game. A game change does not allow you to refund.

I’m pretty sure I saw a post predicting exactly this strategy. Patching controversial changes once the refund window is closed lol

Yeah, tough break, but then I won’t feel bad because there are many, many, other games I can play.

Forza Horizon 5
Farcry 6
Doom Eternal - The Ancient Gods DLC
Replay DarkSouls 3

That’s hundreds of hours right there.

Watch them try to stop me once myself and tens of thousands of others come at them for changing the advertised product. You believe erroneously.

I’ve been waiting for a 40k based game called Darktide since before the D2R infor was released. D2R kind of took over though

Me and my brother are going to play forza too probably. We got the last one wasn’t too bad.

Pew pew pew 20 char

Ffa ffa ffa ffa

Not it will not

How bad of a fan you have to be to think the game is so fragile that just adding loot allocation will ruin it lol

The real core mechanics of D2, it’s soul, is far stronger than this

The main appeal of D2 is its skill allocation, its items identity, its story and quests… changing who gets which item will do jack crap to those lol
