Ethereal hunt strategy?

I saw one youtube video saying puzzle rings are what you want to farm ethereals with.
get a level 70 weapon
get to level 14
put on T6 and run the vault.
rinse and repeat until you have your ethereals.

Not exactly:
Use a puzzle ring on T6 on a lvl 1 char (so you hit lvl 10 for the boss loot) - rins repeat with new lvl 1 char
OR
Use a snapshot on lvl12 char in T6 and log a lvl 16-70 char into this game (yes, you need a friend for this) so the game stays lvl 12 and the lotpool is small and the farm Rifts or Grifts.

Join the ethereal farming community. They farm lvl 12 games for optimal drops. I’ve already got all the ethereals for all the classes. Took maybe 6 hours if that.
