Error: "Only available to party leader"

I’m unable to create or join games, even only for solo play.
The “Join Game”-button (and every similar button) is greyed out, and while hovering over it, it says “Only available to party leader.”. help me plss

Hi: Have you received a silence in a Blizzard game (any Blizzard game) ?

If so, there is currently a bug that prevent players who have been issued a silence from playing. As far as I know, there is no workaround; you will need to wait for your silence period to end.
