What’s going on? Connects fine to Servers, but Hero list does not load.

Seems to be fixed now. Tried to reply to my message but would not allow me to until someone else had responded. Was fixed in about 10 minutes.

Our 4 player party got this error, and although we followed the steps, some of us still cannot log in.

Hey all,

We’re looking into reports of error 395002. It sounds like it cleared up for some but it may be occurring again. For those affected still I’d first try rebooting both the PC and power cycling the network to see if this helps.

We’re also looking for any trends that might explain things. Please feel free to chime in if you’re experiencing the error still. Thanks!

Same issue here. DNS flush didnt work. Tried everything I have found and cant get it. About 50 minutes ago I got in but when I tried to start a game or change characters I would get error Code 395000

Edit: I dont know if this matters but I was playing on a hardcore seasonal at the time. There were no enemies in my immediate vicinity. So I doubt I died like other people who have had similar errors in the past.

Same issue here. I’ve done every step in the troubleshooting guides, DNS flush, power cycled the network, rebooted my computer, and still can’t sign on. But my husband was able to get in no trouble and he’s sitting right next to me, using the same network. I am able to sign in on the Europe server, but not the Americas server.

I am able to get into another region and it prompts for new character but when I am back to American region it errors out.

Same error here: 395002.
Got kicked out from american server (brazil).
Tried Europe and Asia and it works.

Have been receiving error code 395002 for the past hour. Tried all of the suggestions and none have corrected the error.

Fiz todos os procedimentos e nao carregou a lista de herois! Consigo logar no servidor Europeu e Asiatico, mas nada do americano.

I did every troubleshooting posted online and I also did what blizzard recommended to me via ticket – nothing works and I still can’t login to my Americas server but I can login to Europe. Although this doesn’t exactly help as there is latency and my characters are on Americas servers.

I tried it on macOS and on Windows 10 and neither worked. My brothers account worked on both. Clearly a corrupt file in my character saves somehow?

Can you guys get my Ancient Chausses of Valor back? I finally got them dropped, gemed them and put them on. Got disconnected with this error and they’re gone now. As if the GR I did never happened…

Both? Dang, so it seems like something causes the bug to occur and when it occurs it happens to Everyone in the current game

Thanks for the additional reports everyone. Our Diablo 3 team is looking into this as we speak. No need for additional troubleshooting on the player end.

We should see this error start to go away now, if everyone wants to give it a try again and report back. :slight_smile:
