There was a problem looking for a game , I cannot enter public servants to make superior failures :frowning:

Hello good afternoon.
Today 05/05/2020 I was playing normally when I decided to change groups and suddenly I was unable to enter Public games in Mode (Major Slot), showing the following error: "There was a problem while searching for a public game. (Code 24004) ". After I confirm the error window, a new window appears with the following sentence: ā€œThere was a problem entering the game. (Code 24004)ā€.

I kindly ask you to solve the problem. Thank you!

Iā€™m experiencing this issue as well but it seems to only occur when i try to search for a Torment XVI Rift public game.

When i click ā€˜Join Gameā€™ 3 error prompts appear one after the other.

This error pops up twice and i have to click ā€˜OKā€™ twice.
ā€œThere was a problem searching for a public game. (Code 24004)ā€

This is the third and final error.
ā€œThere was a problem joining the game. (Code 24004)ā€

I have exactly the same issue: " there were a problem searching public game code 24004", only occur when searching for Rift public game.

I got this problem 4 days ago, submitted a ticket and still waiting on a response. Not able to play in public GR games at allā€¦ A fix would be greatly appreciated!

Error Code 24004 occurs when I try to join a public Greater Rift game but only as non-seasonal DH BadMan. I am playing in the Americas lvl 3026. All other account characters play normally. Please help?

Iā€™m receiving the error code 24004 when I try to play my non-season character on torment 16. I can play my season 20 character in season on torment 16 just fine, and I can play non season up to torment 15. The character is a demon hunter and I am playing in the North American region.

You should have started a new topicā€¦ this one is 5 years oldā€¦ There are other players with the same issue (only on Europe, it seems)ā€¦ you can find related topics here:

Same error here, Europe. When trying to enter greater rift on t16 it says 24004 three times. Please fix this because the biggest reason to play D3 is blocked nowā€¦
