I have such a problem. I can’t create a game, I can’t write to chats, I can’t invite my friends to the game. When I try to write in chat rooms, it gives an error 315000. The game does not work!
The Enter Game button is grayed out. When I move the cursor over it, the inscription is displayed: “This feature is available only to the group leader.” This happens in all game modes.
It seems to me that this error is associated with automatic blocking and it does not work correctly. This can work if unscrupulous players blame another player for a false violation.
I have never had such problems because I usually play at night. But yesterday I decided to play in the afternoon, on a day off. Literally after 30 minutes of the game, everything was blocked. It became impossible to play.
Weekends pass, but the game does not work, how to understand this? I bought a game and I can’t play it!

umm i just logged in running with a group in t6 , to do gem ups and to help level the lower members in the game, a player ran out of keys so i friended them all and invited them to t16 private for key runs, and cuz the game glitch is present still i requested that they all switch to a non seasonal toon and switch back and as i was doing and switching back to my seasonal toon i got a “395002” error code, i restarted the game 3 times (closing bliz app all 3 times) and now it just wont let me back into the game come on blizzard please fix this mess, this horrible!!!

Yea It let me in finally, put me directly into char select and wont let me select a hero “There was an error loading the hero. Please try again. (Code 395002)”
Please try again? Are you trolling me? It not going to work. Should say, “Please accept this ship was already sinking and this is a new hole in the ship. Your buckets are also broken. RIIIIIP. That is all.”

now whenever i enter a room, its saying " Game Is Terminated" WTF Blizzard seriously this dumb, now i cant play game with other players, and now i cant even do it solo, i start a private room and boom game terminated 2 secs later, i start my game and rinse and repeat, please fix this

most of my clannies in the royals clan are all experiencing this same issue, we literally cant play the game, and if were lucky we get about 5 mins and then the whole group gets booted with a bliz message “game is terminated” i mean seriously what are u guys doing, please fix this

The third day I can’t play the game. I go into the game, and there everything is the same, there is no access to press the button.

The issue was resolved in technical support. As I expected, the automatic blocking for speed dialing in the chat worked. They removed the lock and it worked.

I’m having this 315000 error as well, was there any kind of fix for this or is it ticket time? Repaired, reset passwords, re-installed, added authenticator, the works. Nothing works.
