So I got the bug, not able to join anything. I was silenced at one point.
I recently contacted support, in which they replied something about not able to do anything against the bug right now.
However… The supporter that contacted me, could see, that my account is NOT silenced anymore and should be working.
But it does not. I have tried resetting my modem, tried 2 x fresh install of Diablo 3.
Tried clearing caches etc. And nothing.
Still having this issue, when it should be working.
I do not play any other Blizzard games and should not have a silence in any of them. Last time I played was in WoW and that has been a while.
When I try to chat the game says : the player is not connected or there is an issue with the service. code 315000
