Died but no revive menu appeared

When playing a GR31, I was about 98% progress complete, at less than 50% time expired. I encountered an elite group which manged to kill me and no revive menu appeared. The game had not crashed, monsters were still randomly roaming around my corpse, I was still able to access the menus. Just that there was no menu on screen in order for me to revive at corpse/checkpoint/town.

I tried multiple keystrokes, to no avail, accessing menus, opened game to public, talked in chat, tried clickin on leave game and then cancelling, tasked switched out to windows and returned but nothing worked to prompt the menu. Slowly the time of the GR expired, still nothing and I had not choice but to use the menu and leave game.

I got a screenshot, shows me dead and no menu :sob:

Thanks. I had uploaded it but was trying to use ‘Hyperlink’ :link: button in the Reply Editor toolbar, that is when I got the cannot add link message.
