Diablo 4 must not have trading

No, no. ARPGs die because of copy/pasting. Complex Math is fine (less new players, but who cares really).

You appear to care a great deal.

Someone wake me up when we return to talking about Trading. Thanks.

This is no longer a thread about trading.

The OP made a new one anyway taking the except opposite stance.

Yes, of course I do since I want better games with more players. It seems many other donā€™t however.

Yeah, OP migrated.

We want good games that retain players, not games that chase off 90% of their playerbase because they were terrified that a new player might freak out the moment they saw a percent sign.

Which in turn wont get new players anyway.

It seems to me D2/D3 retain only bots, but maybe I am wrongā€¦ Maybe D4 makes great success after all with all that notorious systems in it. Weā€™ll see whether itā€™s coming home or MS finally stopping the mess. To be continued 2023ā€¦

Considering no actual numbers have ever been release Iā€™m gonna go with yes, you made this up.

Bots are certainly an issue but anybody claiming that the majority of players are bots is talking out of their backside.

I guess the future isnā€™t big on evidence though, and ā€œdude, trust meā€ is the primary source for anything.

Does it matter when that majority is so tiny that no one cares about it? D3 havenā€™t had a major update in years. D2R only promised, but never delivered. Guess why is this? Because your imaginative ā€œmajorityā€ are actually a few thousand players.

So not only do you not understand any math, but also no human psychology?

I am genuinely starting to think he might be Bravata. There is some overlap there.

And again we are at the real reason for this whole tirade.

It does seem like the most likely future given our current trajectory.
Fox News 24/7 is probably legally mandated at that point.

DI will be a dead game soon and thousands of players refunded. It fails at psychology. Maybe too much metric data went into production, who knows?

Thereā€™s no hidden truth here. It all has been said - simplified Math equals more player base. Whether you agree or not, thatā€™s the case dudes, trust me.

Nooo, dont say that out loud :frowning: Everything you predict always goes the exact opposite way. And D:I really should die.

It should not die. It should stand as an example why Diablo should never be a console or mobile game.

Diablo should be a next gen PC-only experience with a modern design and AI/procedural technologies.

But butā€¦ I thought you wanted more players. What happened!

More players without dumbing down the game due to mobile/console design.

Oh the irony is Troll Oscar worthy.

Iā€™ve thought this for a while now. The only thing Skelos doesnā€™t do is post similar YT videos like Bravat and his sock accounts do. But it may be because Skelos gets reported too much and has a too low trust level.

Yet itā€™s not that, but that hasnā€™t stopped the brainworms from letting you believe debunked BS.

Troll, listen some statistic to see the damage of over-complicated Math rules and systems:

Feel free to prove this at any time.

Otherwise I can easily just say youā€™re wrong, a lot of people who arenā€™t bots are playing both D2 and D3.

Hell if we donā€™t need to back anything up with anything more than ā€œdude, trust meā€ then Diablo 2 and 3 each individually have 5+ million daily players.

Theyā€™re super popular and everybody loves them.

but people love Diablo 2 slightly more so they should definitely make Diablo 4 more like that.
