It’s much slower than D3 that’s for sure. There really is nothing “special” about it yet but then again Blizzard doesn’t really do special anymore. They had to hire V V to get D2R right.
It’s releasing too soon. While I’m very unlikely to buy it at launch, I do hope it still does really well so they can keep improving it.
I think it will be easier for Blizzard to make D4 special than it will be for POE to remove all of the bloat and streamline their game for POE2.

Meh I disagree that D4 looks like (or even is) an exact copy of D3.
Now does Diablo 4 carry some over some similarities from D3, it’s predecessor? Sure, I’d imagine a sequel would. It also carries over some similarities from D2 as well.
Honestly, it just seems like bashing for the sake of bashing. But to each their own.

Q69 is somehow even more insufferable than Asmon.
Llama is mostly just stuck in D2. Which to be fair is proabably not the worst place to be stuck (imagine being stuck in D3! :P), but still… being stuck is never good. I have yet to hear him ever say anything that didnt boil down to “it should be exactly like D2, because D2”.
As for the video clip, yeah, saying the combat literally is D3 is of course a bit of a stretch. But also not exactly far from the truth. He doesn’t even seem to be bashing it, he outright follows up with saying he think it looks okay.

To OP, that leads to the following.
D3 is D4.
Therefore all the b-ing was uncalled for all these years.
He’s literally reading what he said word for word from someone in the chat when he says its literally D3 and DI at best - that wasn’t even Asmons opinion on the game. So, yes lets judge the game based on asmongold troll viewers 
The only thing shown in that clip is the actual gameplay. Even the critics of D3 at least could admit the control and action of D3 was pretty good. Some have said the move set of the rogue looks like a copy/paste from the monks animations - maybe it is, but sequels of any game have taken assets and just translated them over from its previous title before, is this some kind of video game crime?
I think the art and the look of the game is on point.
