D4 Beta invites. Did you get yours?

I checked my email and I got one too. A little surprised as I’ve only played to a little over 1k paragon this season before getting sidetracked.

Yes. You are literally the only person in the world who feels this way. A true one of one. An actual unicorn.

Congrats.

Pretty much every LIVE SERVICE games have these. I will be MORE worry if there are no battlepass & Cosmetic MTX. If other similars games are any indication (Fortnite, Apex, Warzone,) there is nothing to worry about. Nope of these game give in game advantages, like D4 dev said.

I am a little confuse

SO you guys got an email saying you are invited. Or email saying you maybe invited?

I heard contradicting info.

Because you get to provide feedback and potentially influence the end game to what you find enjoyable.

Patiently waiting for my invitation.

Anyone from Europe got theirs? I heard the first invites were sent to America.

I know of atleast 3 people from EU that got invite last night (EU time).

I don’t want one. I’ve already had my fill of unfinished/broken games when I played DI for ~4 months.

I got an invite (EU player)

“TELL NO TALES” is the proof

To be fair, going into a beta, you should always acknowledge that the game isn’t fully fixed yet… thus the beta. They know there are going to be bugs and it will allow people to discover them through typical and atypical means.

On the flip side, there are some who can’t help but have the “first impressions” mindset. Even if everything is fixed, they’ll never forget “how it was”. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing nor can some people help it. There are some games I’ll gladly test in beta such as this game because it’s bound to have constant updates and additional content, so it will likely evolve several times. I won’t participate in something like God of War or other games where it is what it is. I want the linear experience to be complete.

It’s not for the average email user. Due to address spoofing, the way to know for sure is by examing the headers. Most people don’t know about the headers/where to find them/how to interpret them.

There’s multiple waves going out until Nov.

If you have not received an email invite to the Diablo IV Closed Beta by November 18, then you have not been selected to participate. But don’t fret, public testing phases will begin early next year.

I confirm that it is a chance to be included in the beta. It’s not sure yet. We have to wait for a real invite now.

Almost sounds like a test.

Bliz: You’re invited to the beta. What do you think about that?

Invitee: Woo hoo! Hey Bnet! Hey twitter! Hey discord! I’m testing D4 when it starts! I’m in the beta!!

Bliz: Yeeeeah. They aren’t going to keep quiet about this. They’re out.

Nah., and I dont expect to get one. I’m not their target hard core endgame customer.

Edit for clarification. I don’t mean Hardcore game mode.

I got a mail about the Beta.

“You’re a really good WD, but, you’re a WD, so…, we’re sorry. The Blizzard Team”

It doesn’t sound like they’re selecting only hardcore customers. Sounds more like it’s players who are both active and who have played some end game content.

I confirm : i am not an hardcore player. I only reached about 1050 parangons during the current season and now I only play the normal mode.

You know how much i explore xD
I even enter end game areas ‘by accident’ because of curiosity and u know what they say about that! Lol
That was a nice door!
