Have the same issue. I was playing Hardcore Seasonal and then it disconnected me during a greater rift pushā€¦ Blizzard doesnā€™t care about diablo 3ā€¦

I am also unable to log on, Iā€™ve tried the repair tool and deleting battle.net folder from ProgramData but its still not letting me in

I just got the same issue. 395002 and can not play. IDK why the same problem happen again and again. It happen for several seasons and the team can not fix it at all.

Same here game says I was disconnected from the server. Try to login and getting error code 395002 when trying to load hero list.

Activision Blizzard is a big reason online only games exist.

Same here. Followed the support forum instructions, but nothing has changed. EU and Asia seems to work though, so seems like a Americas-region problem/server problem.
