I sort of expected this given the oddity surrounding the game going gold and then being delayed again despite the fact that “going gold” means it’s finished.
There’s supposed to be a ~43GB update around launch, so hopefully that fixes up the worst of the bugs.
Highly doubtful. Only thing you’re going to achieve rushing to release an unpolished game is irking off your playerbase and then probably spending a large amount of time trying to fix everything (most of which that could’ve been avoided if they hadn’t rushed in the first place), the time of which that could’ve been used to making and implementing new content instead.
This was a real time-wasting concern troll post which shows why D4 needs its own forum. Though I suspect on a pure D4 forum that is moderated, TS might end up banned in few months for sheer annoyance.
Okay. I dont. Most game at the top of Twitch are ‘bad’ tbh.
In any case, Diablo 4 will not be at the top of Twitch for a year, no matter when it releases. Nor will Cyberpunk Online.
More money doesn’t mean better game. Just look at the fact that Diablo 3 is among the best selling games of all time.
Not to mention that it coming after the game is already out doesn’t help the game’s development, and it very well also might mean sacrificing a better game for a game that’s good for streaming.
I want a game that’s good as a player. I don’t want a game that’s fun to watch on Twitch. I don’t care about Twitch.
You don’t like reading comments from people who do not even play the game. Shame on you.
Just imagine what the CMs must be thinking having to read some of this stuff.
I never left the Diablo forums. I want to make Diablo better by sharing my suggestions.
True, but that’s the best we can hope for - they make enough money so every group of players is satisfied by what they include in the game. Everything is possible design wise - a game looking good on Twitch and being fun for the players at the same time. And, on a side note, from what I’ve seen Cyberpunk is a beast design wise.
