The holy bolts crackle with holy lightning and zap enemies within 18 yards as they travel, dealing 40% weapon damage as Holy.
This rune is bugged. The holy bolts do not zap enemies (40% damage) while travelling, resulting in no extra damage. Please alert the team to fix this rune so we can use it with the new Valor set this season.
We’re investigating this issue. While it’s unlikely to be addressed for Season 19, as it will most likely require a patch, we will look at addressing this issue in a future patch.

Hopefully after it’s fixed, it’ll also work with the 4-set Valor bonus (zapping bolts returning wrath when they deal damage) and Holy Cause passive skill.
Would be a nice alternative to the Fissure rune, when going for a full Holy build.
