I would like to report the loss of countless hours of gameplay in the user profiles of two friends (I link them only at the request of the staff for privacy reasons).
I would like to know if the staff is aware of this bug and if we were to be affected by it: what to do and if there is a fix to get back the lost hours.
As far as I’m concerned, knowing a player’s playing hours is of fundamental importance to have a clear idea of his in-game experience (especially when trying to form a party).
Seeing thousands and thousands of hours lost is terribly frustrating for the player and serious as a bug.
I await a response on this from the staff.
