The point being made wasn’t that it’s inappropriate for this table to be in the Barbarian class forums but that you didn’t bother to post an equivalent table for each of the other six classes in their respective forums.
What happened to your repeated claim of wanting balance?
If I put together the information for 7 distinct posts in each class forum, I would simply make a post in general discussion with all the data that could be used to think about game balance.
Since patch 2.6.7 launched on the live server, 99% of my play time has been on barbarians. Inspection of my profile will reveal a single seasonal character and it is a barbarian.
I may ultimately put a thread together on game balance.
So, because you didn’t do the seven separate posts to each class forum, or an amalgamated post for all seven classes, you’re still just singling out Barbarians, i.e. it’s nothing to do with inter-class balance analysis, just trying to bash Barbarians.
A post will be coming in general discussion that will look more at game balance. I will compare the final era 11 leaderboard to era 12.
I just finished era 11 analysis of 14,000 data points from the American Server (GR efficiency and just numerical data) using the final leaderboard for that era. I am working through era 12, only 1,000 data points per class are available through the API.
Here are some era 11 numbers for the America region.
So, in the interest of balance, why aren’t you on the Demon Hunter and Necromancer forums advocating for buffs using all your lovely tables and data to back it all up with, rather than once again only concentrating on Barbs?
Since my initial post was in the barbarian forum and I have mained a barbarian since patch 2.6.7 dropped, my initial post focused on barbarians. In response to your critique, I have now shown data for all classes. A post with a more comprehensive analysis will be made in general discussion.
Demon Hunters are very interesting. You may want to look at the end of era 11 table and bar graph. This class was “unaffected” by changes in era 12. To be top 2000 in the era 11 leaderboard, a DH would near to clear 115 which is 10 GRs more than all other classes except wizard that required a GR 117 to reach 2000 on their solo leaderboard.
I advocate for buffs to underperperforming classes and nerfs to overperforming classes. This included nerf to both wizards pre-patch 2.6.7 and crusaders post patch 2.6.7a. I and others such as Ulmaguest have advocated for crusader nerfs post patch 2.6.7a. Matthew Cederquist has already responded directly to this. Most likely, crusaders will be nerfed next patch. Matthew has also indicated that a couple of underperforming classes will be buffed.
In terms of Wizards stem rolling everything it in the past (and being nerfed as a result), it will be very interesting to see how the GR efficiency of several classes in era 12 compare to era 11 wizards.
Just a matter of motivation
This build only involves press escape to avoid lags, aids to play and unskilled, and
nearly no one is going for that escape menu gameplay, it is annoying as hell
Not sure i’ll have that much patience but whatever we’ll see. Sad i lost my 144 clear, it was red fallen wood into double cave xD, would rate it maximum 7/10 xD
ESC is annoying, but in China server, Esc gameplay are pretty common since Zodiac WW was introduced.
Also, a faster CPU (9900K or 3900x) with high frequency >=3200mhz RAM may help a bit. The screen won’t freeze, but UI may disappear (but it is still much better).
Yesterday and today I played on NA. I finished the 4th chapter at 80 paragon and started GRs - 75, 78, 81 and so on. 75 took 3 min, 90 took 4 min with non-ancient equipment without any enchatment (didn’t have mats for rerolling), with rubies in my jewels (didn’t have leg gems), without FoT, Squirt, Zodiac, RoRG, etc. Got to 500 paragon after 9 GRs.
