Code 395002 sever America Diablo 3

I haven’t been able to log in to the America server for a long time. I’m hoping Blizzard will update and fix the bugs soon but I don’t see anything. I think this is just my account so I created this toppic hoping the technical department can see and support me.

Unfortunately, there is no longer anyone from Blizzard that replies here since the takeover of Blizzard by Microsoft. Nowadays, only other players will reply here.

If you wish to contact Blizzard Support, you need to submit a ticket.

It might be… you seem to be able to connect to Asia and Europe… according to your web profile, you were able to launch a game on 7 Dec and 28 Nov respectively.

Have you tried the troubleshooting suggested in this Support article ?


Have you tried to play on another server pool (Australia, South America or NA) ? You need to use additional command line arguments… see this post for details… the post is 4 years old and the menu system on the Battle.Net Desktop App has changed, but the option to add command line arguments is still there.

I have tried many ways according to the instructions in the articles, including the one you just mentioned, but all of them are not effective.I also changed my password to reset my account on November 28 but so far the problem is still not resolved. maybe I should try sending support to Blizzard
